• Manage top of funnel activity, outreach, engagement and qualification, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Experience sourcing top AI/ML talent through platforms such as GitHub, Kaggle, Arxiv, and X, with proficiency in tools like SeekOut, HireEZ, and technical assessment platforms (HackerRank, Codility)
• Active engagement in AI communities, conferences, and research forums is highly valued
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
• Ability to thrive in a client facing environment where priorities can shift
• Proven ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
• Curiosity, persistence, and excellent communication skills
