  • 🩺 Purpose And Scope
  • Provide direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse
  • Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment
  • Assist licensed nurses with pre and post dialysis patient assessments and their documentation
  • Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on Dialysis Flow Sheets
  • Report any significant information or change in patient condition to the supervisor
  • Assist with all emergencies’ operational procedures
  • Initiate basic CPR measures in the event of cardiac and/or pulmonary arrest and respond to emergency situations related to dialysis treatment

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our healthcare team in Sanford, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting nursing staff in delivering exceptional service.

Date (Duration): 02/16/2026 to 05/17/2026

Shift: Hours per day - 8; Hours per week - 40

🩺 Purpose And Scope

Provide direct patient care for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsible for accurate documentation of information related to patient treatment.

Assist licensed nurses with pre and post dialysis patient assessments and their documentation.

Monitor and document dialysis treatment parameters on Dialysis Flow Sheets.

Report any significant information or change in patient condition to the supervisor.

🔍 Experience And Education

Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred but not required.

Successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis.
