Job Purpose

To lead and support the design, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. The AI Consultant will provide expert insights into emerging AI technologies, conduct feasibility studies, and help integrate AI into business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and service excellence.

• Key Responsibilities*:

• Strategy & Planning:

• Assess current processes and identify areas where AI can add value.

• Develop AI roadmaps aligned with the organization's digital strategy.

• Advise leadership on AI trends and technologies relevant to the business domain.

• AI Solutions Development:

• Design AI models including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision algorithms.

• Lead data collection, preparation, and feature engineering efforts.

• Develop and test prototypes or proof-of-concept (POC) solutions.

• Implementation & Integration:

• Oversee the deployment and integration of AI tools with existing systems.

• Work with IT and data teams to ensure scalability and sustainability.

• Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with relevant data privacy laws.

• Training & Change Management:

• Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and usage.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on AI tools.

• Support the adoption and change management process related to AI solutions.

• Monitoring & Optimization:

• Monitor the performance of AI models and recommend improvements.

• Ensure continuous learning and retraining of AI models as needed.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact and ROI.

• Required Qualifications*:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

• Certification in AI or ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS AI, Microsoft AI, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience*:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, data analysis, or digital transformation projects.

• Proven track record of successful AI projects in a consulting or corporate environment.

• Experience in sectors such as government, healthcare, finance, or logistics is advantageous.

• Key Skills*:

• Expertise in AI tools and frameworks (Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of data governance, ethics, and AI policy.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Desirable Attributes*:

• Strategic thinker with innovation-driven mindset.

• Familiarity with Smart Government or Smart City initiatives.

• Understanding of UAE Vision 2031, Dubai Digital Strategy, or similar national innovation policies.
