As a Technical Product Lead, you will be the bridge between high-level product strategy and

technical execution.

You will lead a team of 4 engineers, manage our technical architecture, and implement best-in-class product management practices to ensure our roadmap is executed with precision.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and review the work of a 4-person engineering team. Foster a culture of "vibe coding" where AI tools are leveraged for maximum efficiency.

• Product Management: Lead sprint planning, task breakdown, and roadmapping. Translate educational needs into technical specifications and lead the implementation of best build practices.

• Architectural Ownership: Develop and scale robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

• AI-First Execution: Drive the use of modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) and Prompt Engineering to accelerate development and maintain high code quality.

• DevOps & Infrastructure: Set up and manage automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments on AWS.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3–5 years of full-stack development experience, with a proven track record of leading or mentoring engineers.

• Tech Stack: Mastery of MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

• Cloud & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with AWS services and setting up automated deployment pipelines.

• AI Proficiency: Deep comfort with AI-augmented coding and an interest in staying at the forefront of AI-first build practices.

• Product Intuition: Ability to think like a Product Manager—prioritizing features based on impact and technical feasibility.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead team syncs and collaborate with leadership.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-paced startup or product environments

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps basics
