About the Role

Were looking for a hands-on, growth-focused Head of Digital Marketing who lives and breathes SaaS, AI, and data-driven marketing.

This role is for someone who doesnt just run campaigns — but builds growth engines, experiments fast, and turns insights into revenue.

Youll own the digital marketing strategy end-to-end, lead a talented team, and work closely with Sales and Leadership to scale pipeline and impact.

If you love mixing creativity with analytics and using AI to work smarter, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Leading demand generation across SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, email, content, and automation

Using AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, and performance

Building and optimizing funnels that convert leads into real revenue

Managing and mentoring a cross-functional marketing team

Working closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions

Tracking whats working, fixing whats not, and scaling what performs

Turning data into clear insights and sharing progress with leadership

Requirements

Strong 8+ to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing

Real exposure to AI-led marketing, automation, and analytics

Someone whos comfortable owning numbers, results, and decisions

A natural leader who can guide teams and still stay hands-on

Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO platforms
