Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale, enterprise-wide AI initiative that will impact all internal employees and scale across the organization
  • This role requires strong foundational program management skills, hands-on experience leading AI programs, and experience in the financial services industry
  • You will manage day-to-day program operations, partner closely with a highly experienced Program Manager, and help drive Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO), Scrum, and modern PM practices
  • This is a fully remote role with high visibility and significant influence over how AI capabilities are built and scaled across the business
  • This position sits within a major AI program that will be implemented across the entire organization
  • This role directly supports the scalability and maturity of AI initiatives across the organization
  • Improving efficiency and driving innovation in AI will help the company reduce operational costs and strengthen long-term impact

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
