Digital Producer, Reversioning Production - Spanish, EMEA, 12 month

We’re looking for an experienced Reversioning Producer / Language Specialist (Spanish) to join our well known client's international content team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave.

You’ll be responsible for adapting and editing Spanish-language content so it can be broadcast and streamed across the UK & EMEA in line with regulatory, cultural, editorial and technical standards.

Thisis a hands-on editorial role for someone who understands compliance, storytelling, post-production workflows and international broadcast standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assess Spanish-language content and define the best reversioning approach

• Provide clear editorial and technical edit instructions

• Ensure compliance with Ofcom, Nicam, BLM and EMEA regulations

• Maintain storytelling and brand integrity across edited versions

• Review translations and subtitles

• Support globalisation of non-English commissions

• Work closely with post-production, compliance and editorial teams

• Deliver under tight TX deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Native / fluent Spanish (Italian a plus)

• Experience in reversioning, edit producing or compliance producing

• Strong knowledge of broadcast regulations (Ofcom essential)

• Background in factual, lifestyle or entertainment content

• Confident editorial decision-maker

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

Technologies

They use professional video editing and review tools like Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Wipster or Iconik to review and manage multiple content versions.

For localisation and subtitles, they work with tools such as EZTitles, SubtitleNEXT, MacCaption, Aegisub, plus QC/compliance platforms like Baton and Vidchecker to ensure technical standards are met.

For tracking and collaboration, they rely on Excel/Google Sheets, internal content management systems (DAMs), Slack/Teams, and project tools like Jira, Asana or Monday.com.
