Qualifications

• Translating client business needs into technical requirements and explaining AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of full stack software development experience
• Strong full-stack chops: TypeScript, React, Postgres
• Familiarity with cloud/container based infrastructure best practices (AWS & Docker)
• Proficient with AI development tools: Daily use of Claude, Cursor, Augment, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Experience with prompt engineering and achieving consistent, high-quality outputs from LLMs
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and iterate to improve quality
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset-you care about shipping, not just coding

Senior Full Stack Agentic Engineer - Remote
