## Full Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and technical professional to spearhead the evolution of our trading infrastructure. This hybrid role combines the fast-paced execution of a Trading Operations Specialist, the analytical rigor of a Risk Manager, and the technical capabilities of an AI-focused Developer.

The successful candidate will not only manage daily operational workflows and risk monitoringbut will also lead the digital transformation of these functions. You will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and advanced scripting to automate legacy manual processes, improve predictive risk modeling, and build real-time P&L visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Trading Operations and P&L Analysis with AI

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of trades across multi-asset classes. Develop agentic AI workflows using Python (ML) and MLOps tools to automate manual operations and reconciliations

• Perform daily P&L attribution and explain variance by decomposing market moves, Greeks, and new activity. Leverage AI/ML frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, or local LLMs) to build intelligent agents for anomaly detection in trade data and automated commentary generation for P&L reports.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead the evolution of CoreWeave IAM, the platform that manages identity, authentication, and authorization across CoreWeave’s products and services. This team builds foundational security capabilities that enable the world’s leading AI labs and enterprises to securely access critical data and infrastructure. Your work will directly support scalable, secure AI workloads by ensuring identity and access controls are robust, flexible, and enterprise-ready. You will drive a novel, modern approach to IAM that delights customers, even those with the most stringent security requirements.

About The Role

As a Staff Product Manager for Identity and Access Management, you will own and evolve CoreWeave IAM, the platform responsible for identity, authentication, and authorization across CoreWeave’s products and services. In this role, you’ll define the IAM product strategy and roadmap while working closely with engineering, security, product, field, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, secure identity capabilities. You’ll partner with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to ensure CoreWeave IAM meets the security, reliability, and performance needs of critical AI workloads. This role is highly cross-functional and sits at the intersection of enterprise security, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms.

Who You Are

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise identity, security, or cloud infrastructure

• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering identity, authentication, and authorization products or platforms

• Strong technical understanding of enterprise IAM concepts, including least-privileged access, SSO, MFA, and authn/authz systems

• Hands-on experience with identity standards and protocols, such as OIDC/OAuth, SAML, and PKI

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and enterprise platforms

• Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Kubernetes and Terraform

• Proven track record of managing products from concept through launch and iteration

• Experience defining and tracking product performance metrics and using data to inform product decisions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Preferred

• Experience building IAM platforms that support large-scale, multi-tenant enterprise customers

• Background working with security teams or compliance-driven environments

• Experience supporting AI, HPC, or mission-critical infrastructure workloads

The base salary range for this role is $188,000 to $275,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
