Marketing Recruitment Consultant

Manchester or London | Hybrid

£30,000 – £50,000 + uncapped commission

The Role

Our client is growing their marketing recruitment team and is hiring a consultant to focus on roles across performance, growth, brand, CRM, content, and digital marketing.

This is a genuine 360 role with autonomy, strong client relationships, and the chance to build a long-term deskin a well-supported environment.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Partnering with marketing leaders at brands, agencies, and scale-ups

• Running roles from brief through to offer and placement

• Building a network of high-quality marketing candidates

• Developing new business in a consultative, relationship-led way

• Using market insight to add value beyond filling vacancies

What They’re Looking For

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (marketing or digital preferred)

• Comfortable owning client and candidate relationships end to end

• Motivated by results without a hard-sell approach
