Qualifications

  • PhD Degree in Computer Science (especially AI/ML), or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in research and development in deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), speech science, or related areas
  • Strong programming skills with at least one programming language such as C++ and Python
  • Experience with building, tuning, and evaluating NLP/LLM models
  • Proven experience in conducting cutting‑edge research with successful outcomes
  • Proven track record of publications in top‑tier conferences and journals in AI/ML/NLP (e.g
  • NIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, AAAI, etc.)
  • Passion for applying AI to make a positive impact in the healthcare domain
  • Ability to develop practical solutions to challenging problems
  • Strong writing, communication, and cross‑discipline collaboration skills
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in Deep Learning and AI‑related technologies
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and PyTorch
  • Rapid prototyping and disciplined software development processes

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop LLM and conversational AI algorithms
  • Go through the entire life cycle of LLMs, including data preparation, pretraining, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) or reinforcement learning with AI feedback (RLAIF), model serving, and evaluation
  • Extend and improve the company's existing algorithms and libraries
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to develop company assets in NLP/LLM, Speech Science, and Conversational AI
  • Conduct cutting-edge research and transfer research results into practical product solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with potential customers and clinical partners
  • Collaborate with other team members and contribute to a nice team‑working environment
  • Be ambitious to lead the changes in future Healthcare with innovations

We have an immediate opening for Sr.

Research Scientist in the field of NLP and conversational AI with the following qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop LLM and conversational AI algorithms.
