Freelance Full-Stack Developer – AI-Led Commercial Property Platform (UK)

We are a London-based commercial property agency looking for an experienced freelance full-stack developer (or small team) to build a custom, AI-driven, fully automated lead generation and property marketing platform. This is a high-impact greenfield project with immediate start.

About the Project

The platform has two phases:

Phase 1 (Immediate Priority – Internal System)

Build a secure, scalable database and automation engine to:

• Create a London-wide tenant database (company, address, size, rent, lease dates, growth tracking)

• Auto-generate leads using scraping tools and data sources

• Run multi-channel drip email campaigns from multiple domains

• Trigger instant alerts to agents when emails or links are opened

• Match tenants to suitable properties automatically

• Auto-organise viewing tours and request data from external agents

• Upload PDFs and extract/rewrite property data using AI

• Generate internal reports and documentation automatically

• Provide landlord reporting dashboards (email stats, viewings, feedback, fees)

• Enforce strict user permissions and data security

Current tools include HubSpot, Agents Society and Valve, but this will be a custom-built core system.

No in-house developers.

Team of 5 agents.

Phase 2 (Public Website)

Build a market-leading London office marketplace with:

• Advanced property search, saved searches and alerts

• Tenant tools: Stay vs Go calculator, space calculators, timelines

• Guides and insights similar to leading design & build brands

• User tracking, comparison tools and instant viewing requests

• Integrated third-party services (D&B, furniture, surveyors)

Skills Required

• Full-stack development (backend, frontend, database, hosting)

• Experience with automation, CRM systems, scraping, APIs, email systems

• Strong security and user-permission architecture

• AI/NLP experience for document extraction and content rewriting (preferred)

• Strong UX/UI capability

• Excellent communication and project ownership
