Senior AI Automation Engineer (GoHighLevel, Make.com, N8N) – Future CTO Path - Contract to Hire

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years working in Make.com, GoHighLevel, and N8N
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken + written)
  • Not just a task-taker — you think in systems and love solving problems

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead the architecture of AI appointment setting systems, automated CRM pipelines, Make.com integrations, and reusable GoHighLevel snapshots
  • This is a long-term, high-impact role for someone who wants to grow into a CTO-level position
  • You’ll have deep ownership of internal product builds and automations that power client acquisition, fulfillment, and growth — across multiple brands
  • Build & optimize workflows using advanced conditional logic
  • Create and maintain snapshots for GHL (e.g. AI IG appointment setter, pipelines, lead scoring)
  • Set up pipeline automations, reminders, email/SMS/DM sequences
  • Create fully operational sub-accounts for repeatable use
  • ✅ Make.com Power User
  • Build complex multi-platform automations using webhooks, routers, filters, and JSON modules
  • Integrate GHL, AppointWise, Webflow, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, and more
  • Build dashboards and lead attribution logic
  • Handle error scenarios, retries, fallback logic
  • Build dynamic AI agents using Make.com + GHL + OpenAI (or Claude)
  • Integrate AppointWise or Calendly with follow-up automations
  • Engineer personalized conversational flows for lead nurturing and qualification
  • Develop variable-driven prompt systems with memory and fallback prompts
  • Set up fallback automation stacks
  • Handle webhook relays, queues, parallel logic branches

Summary:

We're not hiring just another automator.

We’re looking for a product-minded, system-obsessed, fast-executing automation wizard who wants to help build the backend of a scalable AI agency. You’ll lead the architecture of AI appointment setting systems, automated CRM pipelines, Make.com integrations, and reusable GoHighLevel snapshots.

This is a long-term, high-impact role for someone who wants to grow into a CTO-level position. You’ll have deep ownership of internal product builds and automations that power client acquisition, fulfillment, and growth — across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ GoHighLevel Expert

  • Build & optimize workflows using advanced conditional logic

  • Create and maintain snapshots for GHL (e.g. AI IG appointment setter, pipelines, lead scoring)

  • Set up pipeline automations, reminders, email/SMS/DM sequences

  • Create fully operational sub-accounts for repeatable use

✅ Make.com Power User

  • Build complex multi-platform automations using webhooks, routers, filters, and JSON modules

  • Integrate GHL, AppointWise, Webflow, Slack, Google Sheets, Notion, and more

Who You Are:

What Success Looks Like:

We have at least 3 full GoHighLevel snapshots (DM Setter, Client Pipeline, Nurture System) that we can deploy in seconds

Our internal tools (Slack alerts, deal dashboards, lead follow-up flows) run without bottlenecks

You’ve built at least one full AI-powered appointment setting system for Instagram, web forms, or ads

You’ve helped productize our internal workflows into scalable assets

You’ve earned our trust and become a core team member — ideally leading automation & product ops
