Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for our AI Healthcare Assistant-from 0 1 launch through national scale
• Translate feedback from nurses, plant managers, HR leads, and educators into KPI-driven roadmaps; write PRDs and run experiments that blend LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and voice UI
• Partner with physicians, compliance experts, ML engineers, designers, and operations teams to ship features that delight users and meet HIPAA standards
• Track Gen-AI safety, FDA/FTC guidance, and state tele-health regs; convert risk into decisive product calls
• Coach one Associate PM and mentor cross-functional peers

The role

• Own end-to-end product strategy for our AI Healthcare Assistant-from 0 1 launch through national scale.

About you

• 5+ years owning full product lifecycles, including at least one consumer product that reached meaningful scale; prior LLM or conversational-AI work is a plus.
