Glitters Corporation is hiring a mid-level AI-Driven Content Creator who can produce premium, luxury-grade visuals and videos for ecommerce and digital advertising.

This role suits someone who understands product storytelling, uses AI and modern creative tools smartly, and can deliver high-impact content with minimal briefing.

If you can look at a product, understand its mood, and instantly visualize a cinematic, premium, conversion-focused presentation, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Create high-end static creatives such as product ads, promotional visuals, and catalog-style posts inspired by luxury perfume, fashion, and lifestyle brands

• Produce AI-enhanced visuals using realistic backgrounds, lighting, props, and environments without physical shoots

• Design short-form motion content, animations, and reels for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Develop creatives for both organic content and paid ad campaigns

• Work on ecommerce offers, seasonal campaigns, branding, and performance marketing

• Quickly understand ideas with minimal explanation and convert them into polished visuals

• Manage multiple creative tasks independently and meet deadlines consistently

Required Skill Set

Creative & Technical Skills

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop including compositing, masking, lighting, and color grading

• Working knowledge of Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

• Ability to design premium, studio-quality product visuals

• Experience creating content optimized for social media advertising

AI & Modern Tools (Must-Have)

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:

• Midjourney, Leonardo, or Firefly for backgrounds and environments

• Runway ML, Pika, or Kaiber for motion and video enhancement

• ChatGPT for ideation and copy support

• Canva or Figma for fast execution support

AI should be used to improve speed and quality, not as a shortcut for weak execution.

Who We Are Looking For

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in an agency or reputable organization

• Strong conceptual thinking with minimal need for step-by-step instructions

• Solid understanding of luxury, ecommerce, and product marketing visuals

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused

• Comfortable creating content for Pakistan and Middle East markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar)

Job Options

Full-Time

• Location: On-site, Karachi

• Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
