Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer

with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) to join our team.

The ideal

candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing

automation systems that enhance efficiency and streamline ITSM processes.

This

role requires a proactive individual who can identify and resolve issues within

ITSM automation systems to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• ITSM Automation System

Development:

• Design and develop robust

automation systems specifically for ITSM processes to optimize service

delivery and improve operational efficiency.

• Implement automation

solutions across various ITSM platforms, ensuring compatibility and

scalability.

• Issue Identification and

Resolution:

• Proactively identify,

analyze, and resolve issues within ITSM automation systems.

• Conduct regular evaluations

of ITSM automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Cross-Functional

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with

cross-functional teams to ensure ITSM automation systems align with

organizational goals and objectives.

• Work closely with IT

service management and software development teams to integrate automation

solutions with existing ITSM systems and platforms.

• SDK Integration:

• Focus on seamless

integration of ITSM automation systems in line with a predetermined

Software Development Kit (SDK).

• Ensure that all ITSM

automation solutions are compatible with the SDK and meet the required

standards.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the

latest trends and advancements in AI, automation, and ITSM technologies.

• Recommend and implement

improvements to existing ITSM automation processes to enhance efficiency

and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in

developing and implementing automation systems within ITSM environments.

• Strong problem-solving

skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex ITSM-related issues.

• Experience working with

cross-functional teams and integrating systems in ITSM settings.

• Familiarity with ITSM SDKs

and their application in automation processes.

• Excellent communication and

collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI

technologies and machine learning in ITSM environments.

• Knowledge of programming

languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Understanding of major ITSM

platforms and tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell.
