🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (GTM, Partnerships & Growth) - Venture AI

📍 Lahore (Hybrid) | 🧑💼 Reports to: CEO | 🕒 Experience: 3+ years

Venture AI is expanding across three offerings:

🎙️ Voice AI Platform (AI agents for calls, lead capture, scheduling, support)

đź’¬ Conversational Analytics Tool (chat-based BI, insights, forecasting, recommendations)

📊 Data Services Division (data engineering, analytics, integrations, dashboards)

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead launch + expansion, build pipeline, drive revenue, and grow strategic partnerships.

✅ What you’ll own

• GTM strategy & execution for new launches and market expansion

• Lead generation + ICP mapping, segmentation, and outreach playbooks

• CRM implementation & hygiene (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

• Email marketing campaigns (Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft)

• Multi-channel outbound (LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Social)

• Sales funnel optimization & forecasting (conversion, velocity, win rate)

• Lead scoring & routing automation

• Sales & marketing attribution models

• AI-powered GTM automation (workflow orchestration, sequencing, reporting)

• Deal negotiation & closing support (working directly with CEO)

• Pipeline management & reporting dashboards

• Customer success & post-sales activities (handoff, onboarding, expansion signals)

🤝 Partnerships (Key Part of the Role)

• Identify and secure strategic partnerships (agencies, tech partners, channel/reseller, referral partners)

• Build partner programs: co-selling, lead-sharing, and co-marketing motions

• Manage partner pipeline, onboarding, enablement, and performance reporting

• Create scalable partner playbooks and incentives to drive recurring deal flow

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in Business Development / GTM / Growth with demonstrated results

• Proven experience building outbound pipeline + closing support

• Strong ability to create repeatable systems (process, automation, reporting)

• Bonus: experience building partnerships/channel motions

• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, consistency
