We're looking for a Part-time Admin Assistant to support our business development and financing teams providing admin, research and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Research companies and identify relevant contacts using online tools.

• Build, refine, and maintain organized lists of potential clients and investors.

• Manage outbound communication and follow-ups through a CRM (if you have Hubspot experience you'll earn bonus points).

• Operate LinkedIn messaging campaigns using Navigator and message automation software

• Track responses, update records, and support consistent outreach activity.

• Manage meeting and demo scheduling

• Support the CEO, VP of Revenue Ops, and financing team

Required Skills:

• Strong research abilities, including comfortable and efficient use of AI tools for gathering, verifying, and summarizing information.

• Experience using data enrichment platforms like Apollo, Lusha and Clay

• Experience with CRM systems and handling outreach pipelines.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage structured workflows.

• Clear written communication and professional follow-up skills.

Preferred Background:

Experience providing technical and admin support in investment, brokerage, venture capital, private equity, or business development.

Position Details:

$30/hour

25 hours per week - Remote

Part-time contract position.

Could extend to ongoing full-time corporate or business development admin.
