AI Engineer/ Tech Lead

Full Description

We are seeking an exceptional talent with at least 4 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree (in any discipline), who combines deep technical expertise with hands‑on engineering execution—capable of independently driving end‑to‑end AI solution development, from model R&D and scalable deployment to business integration and process optimization.

The ideal candidate possesses strong capabilities across AI, process intelligence, big data analytics, machine learning, full‑stack engineering, and enterprise digital transformation, delivering reliable, production‑grade systems at scale.

Proficient in LLM architecture design and high-performance deployment, with hands‑on experience optimizing inference efficiency, memory footprint, quantization, and service‑level tuning for large-scale models (e.g., LLaMA, Qwen, ChatGLM).

Strong capability in AI Agent design and engineering, including autonomous decision-making logic, machine learning, multi-tool orchestration, contextual memory design, and real-world implementation.

Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of AI models, including version control, performance monitoring, and continuous iteration in production environments.

Process Mining & Business Process Intelligence

In-depth theoretical and practical understanding of Process Mining, with direct experience conducting database-level event log extraction, process discovery, conformance analysis, and anomaly detection at the database level.

Proven application experience in finance and manufacturing, able to translate process insights into actionable recommendations with measurable operational impact.

Certifications in Celonis process mining, AI, Cyclone Process, or equivalent are strongly preferred, demonstrating the ability to transform process analytics into robust technical and business solutions.

Strong backend engineering skills using FastAPI, Django, or similar frameworks to deliver scalable, high-throughput AI and data services.

Skilled with modern frontend technologies (React, Vue.js) to independently build intuitive, responsive, and production-ready AI product interfaces.

Proficient in designing data flow architectures, API frameworks, and integration patterns, ensuring seamless coordination between frontend and backend.

Data Governance & Large-Scale System Optimization

Extensive track record leading multi-million-scale data cleansing, restructuring, and quality enhancement projects, covering raw data ingestion, anomaly detection, schema modeling, and metadata management.

Ability to design and deliver holistic architectural solutions, from hardware resource planning (GPU clusters, storage systems) to software optimization (ETL pipelines, orchestration, workflow scheduling).

Technical Integration & Business-Driven Implementation

Hands‑on expertise in Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes for deploying, scaling, and securing mission-critical services, including load balancing, failover design, and disaster recovery.

Skilled in VBA automation, capable of integrating with Python scripts, databases, or web systems to build complete toolchains for financial reporting, automated workflows, and data processing.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, enabling advanced AI use cases such as financial data governance, automated reconciliation, anomaly detection, and control enhancement.

Leadership, Ownership, and Continuous Learning

Actively tracks emerging technologies in AI, big data, and business process innovation, continuously expanding professional depth and breadth.

Demonstrates strong independent problem-solving ability, driving complex projects from concept to deployment with ownership, urgency, and high-quality execution.
