Position: Senior Staff AI/ML Engineer (On-Site – San Diego, CA)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design and deployment of advanced GenAI & ML solutions

• Build AI models, RAG systems, and scalable data pipelines

• Optimize and tune large language models (e.g. GPT-4, Lang Chain)

• Collaborate across R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams

• Present AI findings to non-technical stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

10+ years in software engineering (or 7+ with a Master’s)

5+ years in AI/ML and 1+ year working with Generative AI

Experience with LLMs, NLP, time series, and production ML deployment

Advanced skills in Python, Tensor Flow/PyTorch, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Preferred: Ph.D. in CS/Engineering/Math, experience with .NET or Java, and a passion for meaningful innovation in healthcare.
