Qualifications

• Data & Cloud: Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop, Trino, AWS/Azure/GCP
• AI Expertise: LLM-based systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, model evaluation & safety
• Governance & Security: Data protection, access control, encryption, compliance
• 5-8 years in senior Data / AI / Cloud / Big Data roles
• 3 years designing enterprise-scale data or AI architectures
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or similar

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Expert - Data & AI, you will act as a senior technical authority within SCIB's CIO organization, driving the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale data and AI platforms
• You will ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and data governance standards
• Define standards, best practices, and architectures for Data & AI platforms (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
• Design and optimize data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, streaming platforms, and analytics solutions
• Lead and support ML/AI model deployment, including MLOps, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Evaluate and benchmark new AI, Big Data, and cloud technologies, leading PoCs when required
• Act as a technical reference and mentor for data engineers, architects, and data scientists
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards
• Collaborate closely with business, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams
• Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, RAG architectures, semantic search, embeddings, and AI safety
• ML & MLOps: Model deployment, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, versioning
• On-site: 3-4 days per week
• Be part of a high-impact banking transformation project while enjoying life near the beach

Role: Technical Expert - Data & AI

As a Technical Expert - Data & AI, you will act as a senior technical authority within SCIB's CIO organization, driving the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale data and AI platforms.

What You'll Do

Experience & Education

• 5-8 years in senior Data / AI / Cloud / Big Data roles

• 3 years designing enterprise-scale data or AI architectures

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or similar

• Experience in regulated or high-security environments is a plus
