• Experience selling into Healthcare, MedTech, Digital Health, Health IT, or other regulated industries

• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and modern sales technology as part of daily work

• Comfortable learning and selling technical or data-driven products

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals personally

• Startup or early-market experience preferred

• Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (Houston-based market range)

• Commission: Competitive, uncapped commission on closed and collected revenue

• Commission framework finalized within the first 30–60 days, aligned with real deal dynamics

• Equity: 0.5% – 1.0% equity with standard vesting
