This pivotal role will define and implement the ethical frameworks and governance structures that ensure our AI solutions are fair, transparent, accountable, and beneficial to society.

You will be responsible for developing comprehensive AI ethics policies, guidelines, and best practices, aligning them with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Conducting ethical risk assessments for new AI projects and providing guidance to development teams on mitigating potential biases and negative impacts is a core function.

You will research emerging trends in AI ethics, bias detection, explainable AI (XAI), and regulatory landscapes to proactively address future challenges.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, legal counsel, and policy experts, to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle is crucial.

Developing training programs and resources to foster an ethical AI culture across the organization will be a key initiative.

You will act as a subject matter expert, advising leadership on ethical dilemmas and governance strategies.

Monitoring the performance and societal impact of deployed AI systems and recommending adjustments as needed will also fall under your purview.
