In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing ethical frameworks and governance policies for AI development and deployment.

Advise AI development teams on ethical considerations and best practices.
Ensure AI systems comply with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Research and stay current on AI ethics, bias, fairness, and transparency issues.
Create educational materials and training programs on AI ethics for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with legal, engineering, and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the AI lifecycle.
Engage with external stakeholders, policymakers, and academic researchers on AI ethics topics.
Develop strategies for mitigating ethical risks and addressing bias in AI systems.
Contribute to public discourse and thought leadership on responsible AI.
Monitor the ethical implications of deployed AI systems.
Advocate for human-centric AI development and deployment.
Facilitate ethical reviews and decision-making processes for AI initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external AI ethics experts.
Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Law, Public Policy, or a related field with a focus on technology ethics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, technology governance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their societal implications.
Expertise in ethical frameworks, risk assessment, and policy development.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing decision-making.
Knowledge of relevant AI regulations and policy landscapes. A passion for promoting responsible and ethical technology development.
