This pivotal role will shape the responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies, ensuring alignment with ethical principles and societal values.

You will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI ethics frameworks, guidelines, andpolicies across the organization.

Responsibilities include conducting ethical risk assessments of AI systems, identifying potential biases, and proposing mitigation strategies.

You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, data scientists, product managers, and legal teams to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data science, and the associated ethical challenges, including fairness, accountability, transparency, and privacy.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Excellent communication and influencing skills are required to engage diverse stakeholders and promote a culture of ethical AI development.

This is a remote-first position, requiring exceptional self-discipline, proactive engagement, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.

A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Ethics, or a related interdisciplinary field, with a specialization in AI ethics or responsible AI, is required.

Proven experience in developing or implementing AI ethics frameworks, conducting ethical impact assessments, or contributing to policy development in AI is highly desirable.
