Our client is seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect with expertise in Computer Vision to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.

This role is crucial for translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable AI architectures.

You will leverage your deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques to architect end-to-end solutions,from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to architect and deliver AI systems that drive tangible business value.

Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions, with a specialization in computer vision applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical AI requirements and architectures.

Select appropriate AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and cloud platforms for solution development.

Oversee the development and implementation of computer vision models for tasks such as object detection, image classification, segmentation, and facial recognition.

Define data pipelines, model training strategies, and deployment methodologies.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML engineers and data scientists throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Ensure AI solutions adhere to best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architectural approaches.

Create comprehensive architectural documentation, diagrams, and specifications.

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and computer vision. Troubleshoot and optimize deployed AI systems.

Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 4 years focused on architecting and deploying computer vision solutions.

Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV).

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Strong understanding of MLOps principles and practices.

Experience with model deployment strategies, including edge computing and containerization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project success. This role is based in Gombe, Gombe, NG, and requires on-site presence for collaborative work and project delivery.
