Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks.

Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI solutions.

Oversee the integration of AI models into existing systems and workflows.

Ensure the ethical and responsible deployment of AI technologies.

Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.

Document AI solution designs, architectures, and implementation details. Assess the feasibility and potential impact of new AI technologies on business operations.

Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a commercial setting.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data processing techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with MLOps principles and practices.

Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote collaboration with on-site strategic sessions.
