Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI systems.

Build, train, and optimize machine learning models using various algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Develop data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality.

Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, technologies, and platforms for specific projects.

Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and implement necessary updates and improvements.

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields.

Document AI solution designs, implementation processes, and performance metrics.

Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams regarding AI solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance and system integration.

Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps.

Present AI solutions and findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn). Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and statistical modeling.

Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.

Experience working in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domains is an advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
