Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of research projects in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI domains.

Develop novel algorithms and models to solve complex AI challenges.

Conduct rigorous scientific experiments, analyze results, and publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

Collaborate closely with software engineers to implement and deploy AI models into production systems.

Mentor and guide a team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific excellence.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research worldwide.

Identify new research opportunities and develop proposals for future projects.

Contribute to the strategic direction of the company's AI research roadmap.

Present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the academic and AI research communities.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of significant contributions to the field.

Deep expertise in one or more subfields of AI/ML (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning). Strong programming skills in Python and experience with major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).

Proven ability to lead research teams and manage complex research projects.

Excellent publication record in top AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL).

Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, essential for a remote team environment.

Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is a plus.
