Our client is seeking an accomplished Lead AI Research Scientist to spearhead groundbreaking research and development in artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop novel algorithms and methodologies to solve complex problems.

Prototype, train, and evaluate AI models, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Publish research findings in leading academic conferences and journals.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into production systems.

Identify and explore emerging AI trends and technologies.

Secure and manage research grants or funding opportunities where applicable.

Contribute to the strategic direction of AI development within the organization.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of research methodologies and results.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. 5+ years of relevant research experience in AI/ML, with a strong publication record.

Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.

Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design.

Proven ability to lead and inspire a research team.

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative research environment.
