Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Strategy: Contribute to the development of the company's AI technology roadmap and long-term research strategy.

  • Publication and Dissemination: Author high-quality research papers for top-tier AI conferences and journals, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to integrate research advancements into production systems.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative research culture.

  • Stay Ahead: Continuously monitor the latest advancements in AI and related fields, identifying opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. A strong publication record in leading AI venues is essential.

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant research experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated experience leading research projects and teams. Proven track record of innovation and successful application of AI techniques.

  • Skills: Deep theoretical understanding and practical experience in areas such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, statistical modeling, and algorithm design. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex, open-ended research challenges.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Remote Work Aptitude: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong initiative, self-motivation, and excellent virtual communication skills.
