Our client is at the cutting edge of innovation and is seeking a visionary Lead AI Researcher specializing in Machine Learning to spearhead their research initiatives.

This fully remote position allows you to contribute to groundbreaking projects from anywhere in the world.

You will lead a team of talented AI researchers and engineers in exploring, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning models and algorithms.

Your expertise will drive the creation of next-generation AI solutions across various domains, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

This role requires a deep theoretical understanding of AI and ML, combined with practical experience in developing and deploying complex models. You will be instrumental in setting research direction, mentoring team members, and collaborating with product development to integrate research findings into practical applications.

Responsibilities include: defining and leading research projects in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning, developing novel machine learning algorithms and models, conducting rigorous experimentation and validation, publishing research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, collaborating with software engineers to deploy AI models into production environments, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI and ML research, mentoring junior researchers and contributing to the growth of the AI team, and contributing to the strategic vision for AI development within the organization.

A Ph.

D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field is required.

A minimum of 8 years of post-doctoral research experience in AI/ML is essential, with a proven track record of leading research teams and delivering impactful results.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) are mandatory.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical for this remote role.

Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is highly desirable.
