Our client is a pioneer in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to solve complex business challenges and is searching for an exceptional Lead AI Solutions Architect to join their fully remote team.
This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and provide tangible business value.
As a Lead AI Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of conceptualizing and implementing advanced machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing systems.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into robust and scalable AI strategies.
Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from initial ideation and data exploration to model training, evaluation, and deployment into production environments.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions leveraging various machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Lead the development and implementation of AI models for tasks such as predictive analytics, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and generative AI.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, platforms, and frameworks for project needs.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, availability, and accessibility for AI model development.
Oversee the training, tuning, and validation of AI models to achieve optimal performance.
Develop and implement strategies for deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and best practices in AI development.
Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new AI initiatives. Ensure ethical considerations and bias mitigation are integrated into AI solutions.
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML development and solution architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Proven track record of successfully designing, building, and deploying complex AI solutions in production. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with extensive experience in relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a remote team environment.
Experience with MLOps practices and tools is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior members. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
