Responsibilities include:
Leading the research and development of novel machine learning algorithms and AI models.
Designing and conducting experiments to validate research hypotheses.
Analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
Developing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning architectures.
Collaborating with engineering teams to transition research prototypes into production systems.
Publishing research findings in leading AI conferences and journals.
Mentoring junior researchers and contributing to the team's technical growth.
Staying current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
Presenting research outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences. Contributing to the intellectual property strategy of the organization.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field. 7+ years of relevant research experience in AI and Machine Learning. Strong publication record in top AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI). Deep expertise in various machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
