Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a strong focus on NLP.

Minimum of 10 years of research experience in AI/ML, with a significant emphasis on NLP.

Demonstrated track record of groundbreaking research, evidenced by publications in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP) and relevant patents.

Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK).

Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and various NLP techniques.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to work independently and lead research projects in a fully remote setting.
