Our client is at the cutting edge of AI and Emerging Technologies and is looking for a brilliant Remote AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join their world-class research and development team.

This role is 100% remote, offering the ultimate flexibility.

You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and AI solutions that solve complex real-world problems.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and experience with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including but not limited to natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Implement and optimize deep learning architectures using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Process, clean, and preprocess large datasets to prepare them for model training.

Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights.

Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and conduct hyperparameter tuning.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services.

Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.

Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and MLOps practices.

Contribute to the design and architecture of AI systems.

Conduct thorough research on emerging AI technologies and their potential applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python or other relevant programming languages.

Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions within the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance and deployment.

Ensure ethical considerations and bias mitigation are addressed in AI model development.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote environment.

Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

Expertise with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, reinforcement learning).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Published research in AI/ML conferences or journals is highly desirable.

Experience with MLOps tools and practices is beneficial.
