Responsibilities:

Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and platforms for development.

Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of AI solutions.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to implement AI models and systems.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in production environments.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices and emerging technologies.

Assess existing infrastructure and recommend enhancements to support AI initiatives.

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for AI projects.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields.

Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to the development of reusable AI components and frameworks. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Proven experience (7+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Solutions Architect with a focus on AI.

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and natural language processing (NLP). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Strong software engineering principles and experience with MLOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working in a remote team environment.

Ability to manage complex projects and translate business needs into technical solutions.
