Our client is seeking a brilliant and innovative Remote AI/ML Research Scientist to join their cutting-edge team.

This is a fully remote position focused on pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex real-world problems. The ideal candidate possesses a strong theoretical foundation, practical experience in developing and deploying ML solutions, and a passion for research and innovation in a collaborative, distributed environment.

Responsibilities: Conduct research into new AI/ML techniques and methodologies.

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for tasks such as prediction, classification, natural language processing, and computer vision.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and contribute to the scientific community through publications and presentations.

Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new AI-driven features and products.

Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify patterns relevant to business objectives.

Mentor junior researchers and engineers in AI/ML best practices. Document research findings, methodologies, and model implementations thoroughly.

Qualifications: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.

Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.

Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, managing time effectively.

Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals is highly desirable.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML workloads is a plus.
