The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI and machine learning models and algorithms.

Build and optimize scalable AI systems, pipelines, and applications using cutting-edge technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define AI requirements and deliverables.

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, extract insights, and inform model development.

Develop and deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and maintainability.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields.

Contribute to the ethical development and deployment of AI technologies. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python).

Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms for specific projects.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Present complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Troubleshoot and debug AI systems and models in production. Contribute to the company's intellectual property through research and development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in AI research and development, with a focus on practical implementation.

Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.

Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Excellent understanding of software engineering principles and best practices, including version control (Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
