Our client is a leader in harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence and is seeking an accomplished Senior AI Solutions Architect to join their innovative team.

This role, based in Yola, Adamawa, NG , offers a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in AI/ML, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable AI architectures.

Responsibilities:

Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions tailored to specific business requirements.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools for various projects.

Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of AI solutions.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

Oversee the implementation and deployment of AI models into production environments.

Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies.

Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback on AI projects.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes and drive innovation.

Assess the performance of deployed AI models and recommend optimizations.

Work with data engineers to define data requirements and pipelines for AI applications.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI practice.

Contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development and architecture.

Proven experience designing and implementing complex AI solutions in production.

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI concepts.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

Strong knowledge of data processing, data warehousing, and big data technologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience with MLOps principles and practices is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
