Our client is at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation and is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their world-class, fully remote team.

This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models and AI solutions that drive business growth and transform industries.

You will work with massive datasets, state-of-the-art algorithms, and collaborate with a talented team of researchers and engineers. The ideal candidate possesses a deep theoretical understanding of ML/AI concepts and extensive practical experience in building and deploying production-level models.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Work with large-scale datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

Evaluate and compare different ML approaches, selecting the most appropriate techniques for specific use cases.

Deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and new products.

Conduct thorough model validation, testing, and A/B testing to measure impact and identify improvements.

Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields.

Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of models.

Contribute to the development of AI strategy and roadmap for the organization.

Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge within the team.

Communicate complex technical concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Identify opportunities for leveraging AI and ML to create new products or enhance existing ones.

Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Expertise in various ML techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning algorithms.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.

Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team.

Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is desirable.
