Our client, a cutting-edge technology firm specializing in artificial intelligence, is looking for a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join their team.

This hybrid role will involve working both remotely and on-site in Makurdi, Benue, NG, contributing to the development of advanced machine learning models and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understandingof machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and practical experience in deploying AI models into production environments. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and shaping the future of AI within our organization.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models.

Conduct research into new AI algorithms and techniques, evaluating their potential applications.

Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference.

Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to integrate AI solutions.

Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry trends.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools and technologies for AI development. Contribute to the ethical considerations and responsible deployment of AI systems.

Qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in both remote and on-site settings.

Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver impactful AI solutions.
