Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the technology sector, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Technical Recruiter with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while connecting top AI/ML talent with exciting opportunities.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for highly specialized roles, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving successful placements in a competitive market. Your deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and the talent landscape will be crucial for your success.
Responsibilities:
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for AI and Machine Learning roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Developing and executing creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates in the AI/ML space.
Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline of AI/ML professionals, including data scientists, ML engineers, AI researchers, and deep learning specialists.
Conducting in-depth technical screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements and hiring goals.
Providing market intelligence and insights on AI/ML talent trends, compensation, and best practices.
Maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Representing the company professionally and building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related areas, is essential.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing niche technical talent is required.
Excellent understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and industry trends is a must.
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary.
The ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment is critical.
