About the RoleWe are looking for highly skilled AI Engineers to design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflowsthat power Wonderful's intelligent agents across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for atechnical problem-solver with strong backend skills, customer-facing experience, and a passionfor AI.

You will work directly with customers and internal teams to translate real business needsinto scalable, production-ready agent behavior.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical side of sales engagements, joining early-stage conversations, presenting demos, and guiding architecture, infrastructure, and security discussionsAct as a hands-on engineering lead—writing code, building integrations, and establishing high standards for solution qualityBuild and mentor a high-performing technical team across engineering, integrations, and pre-salesDrive customer integrations end-to-end, from scoping and solution design through deployment, validation, and ongoing monitoring of AI agentsGather customer feedback and localize the product to align with regional workflows, regulations, and use casesRepresent regional needs and customer insights to the global Product and Engineering teamsServe as the local technical point of contact, building strong enterprise relationships, managing escalations, and ensuring smooth deliveryQualificationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM fieldNative Arabic proficiency and strong professional English (written and spoken)Strong hands-on experience with APIs, backend logic, and system integrationsSolid programming skills; TypeScript experience is a strong advantageExperience in technical, customer-facing roles such as integrations engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation is a strong plusFamiliarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep passion for AIPrior experience with conversational AI or large language models is a significant advantage
