We’re looking for a hungry Ecommerce Video Ads Editor who wants to work on real performance campaigns for top affiliate offers and nine-figure ecommerce brands.

This is a role for someone who wants tolearn fast, improve daily, and become elite at performance video editing.

We work with top affiliate offers and nine-figure ecommerce brands.

We scale brands using direct-response video ads on Meta and YouTube.

Our focus is simple: creative volume, fast testing, and performance.

Tasks

What You’ll Do 🎯

You’ll work directly with experienced media buyers running Meta and YouTube ads.

You are responsible for creating complete ad creatives from scratch.

That includes:

• Turning scripts and ideas into high-converting video ads

-Creating or sourcing all visuals and footage yourself

-Building AI assets from scratch (AI UGC, avatars, spokespersons, voiceovers, visuals)

-Editing ecommerce ads and VSL-style videos (short and long form)

-Creating multiple variations for hooks, openings, pacing, and CTAs

-Iterating fast based on feedback and performance dataEverything you create gets tested.

You see what spends, what converts, and what doesn’t.

Strong Focus on AI UGC & Asset Generation🤖

This role heavily leans into AI-created assets.

You’ll work with:

• AI UGC

-AI avatars and AI spokesperson videos

• AI voiceovers

-AI-generated visuals and b-roll

We give our editors access to all AI tools we use, plus new tools as they come out.

✅You don’t need to be an expert yet

✅You do need to be curious, proactive, and willing to learn fast
