Qualifications

• 4+ years in Apparel Design, Graphic Design, or Technical Design
• Proven experience applying AI in a production design environment
• Strong understanding of:
• Tech packs, measurements, construction, and specs
• Highly organized, systems-oriented, and detail-driven
• Ability to translate creative direction into scalable, automated outputs
• Experience automating tech packs or spec sheets
• Familiarity with no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion)
• Streetwear, contemporary, or mass-market apparel experience
• Experience training teams on AI workflows

We’re Hiring: AI & Automation Apparel Designer

🚀 Fashion Design × AI × Automation

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Apparel Designer to join our team and work alongside designers and production partners to automate and scale graphics, CADs, and tech pack creation.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands apparel production and knows how to leverage AI tools and automation to increase speed, consistency, and accuracy.

This is not a traditional design role — you’ll be helping build the future design workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI-assisted workflows for apparel graphics, flats, CADs, and tech packs

• Automate colorways, measurements, callouts, labeling, and spec updates

• Create repeatable templates and prompt systems aligned with brand standards

• Use AI to accelerate design iteration without sacrificing quality

• Collaborate closely with graphic design, technical design, and product teams

• Deliver factory-ready, production-accurate outputs

What We’re Looking For
