Responsibilities

  • You won’t be stuck retrofitting static messaging after product ships
  • You’ll lead how product, sales, and customer intelligence drive GTM — in real-time
  • You’ll work directly with Sanchit, founder of Zime (3x founder, $100M exit, IIT Bombay, executive coach)
  • You won’t just “have a seat at the table” — you’ll help shape it
  • You’ll set the brand strategy, narrative arcs, distribution plays, and AI-native GTM models from scratch
  • The first 30 clients will be your canvas

  • Craft the positioning, messaging, and story that makes people stop scrolling and say “wait, Zime does what?”
  • Launch foundational assets: deck, website, analyst pitch, thought leadership, narrative for media
  • Partner with sales to convert leads → revenue with custom decks, enablement content, and playbooks
  • Build tight loops with customers, sales, and product to evolve GTM weekly, not yearly
  • Translate tribal knowledge from calls → structured GTM insight → automated AI feedback loops
