• Guide architectural decisions and technology stack choices for AI/ML infrastructure, platforms, and tooling, considering scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness within anISP context
• Customer Network performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance
• Intelligent customer support chatbots, virtual assistants, and sentiment analysis
• Proactive customer outreach and churn prediction/prevention
