Role Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our AI and Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, particularly Agile Scrum methodologies, and a proven track record in delivering data products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our strategic goals.

A typical day in this Role:

• Lead and manage multiple projects in the AI and Analytics domain, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.

• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote effective communication among stakeholders.

• Utilize analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and data governance.

Success will depend on:

• Solid knowledge in relevant fields, such as Business, Computer Science, or Data Science.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AI, data analytics, or technology sectors.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and methodologies; Scrum Master certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in delivering data products and managing the entire project lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and metrics.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. English fluency is a must.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
