Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to develop and implement the bank's AI and conversational banking strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, and conversational banking technologies.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to driveinnovation and research in AI and conversational banking technologies to enhance the bank's customer experience and operational efficiency. As a key member of the senior management team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and conversational banking solutions across various channels, including mobile, web, and voice.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the bank's AI and conversational banking strategy in collaboration with the senior management team.

• Lead a team of data scientists, software developers, and AI experts to design and develop advanced AI and conversational banking applications.

• Drive innovation and research in AI and conversational banking technologies to enhance the bank's customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI and conversational banking solutions across various channels, including mobile, web, and voice.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and technology providers to enhance the bank's AI and conversational banking capabilities.

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the bank's senior management team on the latest AI and conversational banking trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, machine learning, and conversational banking technologies.

• Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of data scientists and software developers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of AI and conversational banking technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven track record of driving innovation and research in AI and conversational banking technologies.

• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
